Sadie brings rare and interesting bloodlines to the mix. Her sire Olivero was bred in Germany and imported to Canada, where he represented the breed at Can Am All Breeds Show in London, Ontario and the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto. He is linebred to the well-known stallion Bartok, who was bred by Dr. Fritz Gramatzki, Hamburg, and stood at Ruth Pack’s Reichsof Stud. Sadiyah’s dam is the Oman daughter SW Selabration, one of the premiere mares at Lily Creek Ridge who produced several champions for their program, including Lily Creek Legacy, third-place winner of the NASS Performance Awards – Dressage Prize in 2019. Her sire Oman produced several Tevis competitors, including the 2002 winner of the grueling 100-mile race held annually in California. He sired almost 100 purebred Shagyas in North America. SW Selabration was also approved for Trakehner breeding.

Sadie has toughness, agility, and good gaits, as well as a strong propensity to bond with humans. She also has the necessary blood to be a strong competitor in any ring, though her pedigree would best suit endurance or eventing. She does have strong jump through her damsire Oman, whose line is well-known in Germany to produce strong jumpers.

Sadiyah has correct conformation, with a strong foundation, great feet, and harmonious frame. She has a medium-set neck, good pillar of support, long, somewhat sloping shoulders, steep-angled humerus, equal alignment between her ilium and femur sides, average stifle placement, and average alignment between her point of hip and the lumbosacral gap. Points to correct include her frame, which could be shorter, and less angle between her point of hip and lumbosacral gap. Finally, she does need to bring her croup down and under to provide power from behind.
